We designed and built a unified SaaS analytics dashboard with real-time data visualization, automated scheduled reports, role-based access control, multi-tenant architecture, and white-label branding per client. Integrated Stripe for subscription billing and automated onboarding flows.
User Research
Conducted interviews with 12 enterprise clients to map their exact reporting needs and identify the most painful workflow gaps.
Architecture Planning
Designed multi-tenant data isolation, real-time event pipeline with Redis, and a scalable NestJS API layer supporting 500+ concurrent connections.
Iterative Development
Delivered a working prototype in week 4 for client feedback, then built features in 2-week sprints with continuous QA throughout.
Scale & Monitor
Deployed on Azure with auto-scaling, set up Datadog monitoring, and provided 60 days of post-launch performance tuning support.
